Come pick up your awards and say a last good bye/thank you to our coaches:  Thursday, 7/23 - Friday, 7/24 from 3:00-4:30 each day. 

Go to Meets & Events and to Calendar Sign up to RSVP for the Banquet on Monday, 7/6 at 5:30.  

Today is our last swim practice.  Come out for fun games and relays and treats.

During practice times on Tuesday and Wednesday, the children will be swimming laps as part of our Swim-a-thon supporting  The Nashville Dolphins.  

We will have envelopes today to distribute for any cash or check donations.  You can also donate HERE.  Donations can be flat or per lap.  Share…

Make sure to declare whether your swimmers will be at our GREEN/GOLD meet on Monday 6/22.  

Meets & Events --> Calendar Signup --> Select Edit --> Select YES or NO from drop down menu for each child.

I will be under the pavilion during practices today to distribute tee shirts and caps.  Come and find me to get yours!

Remember to check emails and the website for any cancellations due to weather. 

7:30 - 8:30 a.m.: Ages 11&Up

3:00 - 3:30 p.m.: Ages 6&Under

3:15 - 4:00 p.m.: Ages 7-8

3:45 - 4:30 p.m.: Ages 9-10
