Hello Cudas!

Thank you to all who are swimming the County Meet this weekend at the Williamson County Indoor Sports Center located at 920 Heritage Way Brentwood, TN 37027. We are so excited to see our swimmers compete!

Attached you will find the Heat Sheets for each session this weekend. Print them to have on site to help you follow along during the meet as there won't be any available at the meet. For more experienced swimmers, you can find all the information you need on the Excel Aquatics Meet Landing Page. I am also attaching the full information packet.

Below is the warm up and competition times. Plan to be at the team tent 15 minutes prior to your warmup start time. Coaches will get your children to our assigned warmup lane. Coaches will also help make sure swimmers make it to the clerk of course tent so they are lined up by heats and lanes and don't miss their events.

Prior to arrival, plan to mark your swimmer according to the heat sheet like you would for our dual meets, but they don't need their ID number as we don't use Swimmingly to run this meet.

We will have a team tent where parents and swimmers can camp out. Plan to bring chairs and lots of snacks and WATER. It will be hot and crowded. The ONCC tent is behind the building, right of the big, white clerk of course tent. Turn right around the corner past the clerk tent and you'll see our ONCC Banner hanging from it.

*There could be some changes to some relays due to absences. Coach Margy will reach out to you directly if you are affected. If your child is not listed in a relay please check when you report for warm ups if they are needed to sub in*
