NEXT WEEK

This coming week will have a normal practice on Monday afternoon since the meet is on Tuesday and we will not have practice on Tuesday afternoon. Be on the lookout for meet details and heat sheets via email on Monday.

SWIM-A-THON FOR NASHVILLE DOLPHINS

We are also excited for our DOL-FUN event next Thursday supporting the Nashville Dolphins. Please see attached flyer for more details. To support our fundraising goals, we are offering custom ONCC or 'CUDAS hats for $20 each. They are Kelly green with White lettering. You can see the attached flyer for a sample. To order, please add your name and order details to this google form and venmo your order total to @lauren-hilbers with the memo "DOL-FUN Hat Order". All proceeds will go to the Nashville Dolphins. Our Swim-a-Thon is during your child's normal practice time on Thursday June 19th - we hope all of our swimmers can participate and support this amazing cause - there will be lots of fun activities and swimmers might even get a chance to Pie-in-the-Face their favorite coach!!

COUNTY MEET

We are more than halfway through our swim season and county meet is fast approaching. Please remember to declare your swimmers. County Meet Volunteer requirements are also live and up to date on the signup calendar. You can sign up for positions here. (scroll to the bottom of the schedule and you will see the different time and age group shifts)

We have 15 positions to fill. If you have not fulfilled your 2 required shifts (or if you just want to help out extra!) Please consider signing up for a shift at county meet. We get charged as a team for all shifts we don't fill - we need you!

Session 5: 7-8/11-12 Girls Saturday June 28th 11:00-3:00 pm

Session 6: 7-8/11-12 Boys Saturday June 28th 4:00-7:30pm

Lead Clerk (1), Clerk of Course (3), Timer (2)

Stroke and Turn online training can be found here. It takes about an hour and you will learn a lot!

Last but not least, Please RSVP now for our End of Season Banquet and Party with DJ LOUIS! Your kids will not want to miss this fun night with swim team friends! Swimmers and parents are included in your swim registration and you can add additional family members if you would like when you register.
