Hi 'Cudas! 

Thanks to everyone who volunteered last night to make the first meet a success. We had a lot of new faces on the volunteer team and you all did a great job!

We still have several open volunteer positions that we need to get filled. You can go to the website to sign up (here). While you are there please make sure you have RSVP'd your swimmer as a yes or no for the upcoming meets. 

6/17 Meet at Nolensville (8am-12pm):

• Head Clerk of Course (1)
• Clerk of Course Team (1)
• Scorekeeper (1)
• Stroke and Turn Judges (2)
• Timer (1)

(If you are available to volunteer at the Nolensville meet but have already signed up for a different position at an afternoon meet, you might consider switching to the Nolensville meet and opening your other position up for someone who can not attend Nolensville).

• Stroke and Turn Judge/Runner (1)
• Head Timer (1)

This position collects photos from Swim families and puts together a end of year video to be shared at the end of season banquet.

We will have several positions open to volunteer at county meet and will need volunteers. The positions currently listed are our assignments from LAST YEAR and could change. We will send an email with county meet openings once they are assigned from WCSL.

We hope to see your swimmers at practice this afternoon! Remember, regular practice today and tomorrow, Ribbons and Popsicles will be on Thursday and Strokes and Donuts on Saturday morning!
