We had a great first week of practice and hope the swimmers who were able to be there had a good time! We can't wait to see everyone at our next practice on Tuesday.

A few reminders and Important steps: 

💦 DIVE INTO SUMMER 💦 with our first swim meet on Monday June 2nd! Warm ups will begin at 3:30 pm and the meet begins at 4:00. This is an intersquad meet (just ONCC) so it will move quicker than dual meets. It is perfect for our new swimmers to get the hang of things! You can find helpful meet tips on our Swim Meet 101 page. The pool will be closed to non-swim team families on Monday afternoon. The pool bar and kitchen will be open during the meet. Join us for a casual mingle and dinner on the lawn immediately following the meet. (ONCC will take orders until around 7:00 pm). We hope to make a team banner and have other fun activities on the lawn as we kick off an exciting swim team season! 

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS and TRAINING

We still need to fill several volunteer jobs for the 6/17 swim meet in Nolensville from 8-12am. If your swimmer is planning to attend that meet, please consider volunteering.

We will also have more volunteer shifts available for the county meet June 27th and 28th.

They are assigned by WCSL so they will be added as soon as we know what they are. We need as many swimmers as possible to participate in that meet, so if you can't find a volunteer spot that works for you in the regular meets - be sure to check back when those are added!

1. SWIMMINGLY REGISTRATION: This is a one time task. Follow instructions below. It will take you to a "checkout" . You must complete this step - you are not charged anything during this process, it was already covered in your ONCC Registration fee.

2. RSVP on SWIMTOPIA/ONCC BARRACUDAS Website: Next to each meet on THIS PAGE please go to the green button "Meet Entry" and commit your swimmer as a yes or no for each meet. You can also sign up for volunteer shifts, remember each family is required to fulfill 2 shifts during the season.
