SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

REGISTRATION FEE

$250/swimmer. This fee includes daily practices, weekly Saturday stroke clinics, a team cap, a team tee shirt, participation in dual meets, and the end of the season party.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

For this season, we are encouraging and challenging all families to participate in volunteer opportunities. Our events and meets are strictly volunteer-led, we need every parent to pitch in and help! Volunteering is a great front-row seat to your swimmer's events and a fun way to get to meet other parents. You can read a more thorough listing of our volunteer opportunities HERE.

If work requirements or younger children prevent you from volunteering, we will offer our volunteer buy-out option again where families can pay $200 to cover their required two shifts ($100/shift). With these funds, we will staff the volunteer positions necessary. We need YOU so please consider volunteering rather than purchasing the buy-out.

As a reminder, at the end of the season, families that opted to volunteer but have not met their volunteer requirements (2 shifts per family), will be charged accordingly. Typically these charges will appear on the July statement (in your mailbox in August).

Mondays – Thursdays 5/19 thru 6/30

• 3:30 - 4:00 p.m.: Ages 6 & under
• 4:00 - 4:45 p.m.: Ages 7&8
• 4:45 - 5:30 p.m.: Ages 9&10
• 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.: Ages 11&Up

• Monday, June 9 Home meet @ONCC vs Chenoweth 4:00 pm
• Tuesday June 17 Away Meet vs. Nolensville (8:00 AM)
• Monday June 23rd Home Meet @ONCC vs. Forrest Crossings 4:00 pm

Championship Meet

The Williamson County Championship Meet will be held at the Brentwood Indoor Sports Complex (920 Heritage Way, Brentwood). We need all our swimmers at this meet, so mark your calendar!!

The meet is broken into age group sessions throughout a weekend at the end of the season.

• 9-10 & 13-14 Girls: 10:15am Warmup, 11:15am Session Start
• 9-10 & 13-14 Boys: 3:15pm Warmup, 4:15pm Session Start

• 6&Under Girls & Boys: 7:00am Warmup, 7:45am Session Start
• 7-8 & 11-12 Girls: 10:00 Warmup, 11:00 Session Start
• 7-8 & 11-12 Boys: 3:00 Warmup, 4:00 Session Start

IMPORTANT EVENTS

Informational Parents Meetings

• Wednesday 3/26 - 6:00 pm during Pasta Night.
• Monday 5/19 - on the first day of practice, at the beginning of each age group’s session.

Swim-A-Thon Benefitting the Nashville Dolphins

• Thursday 6/19 – Thru the day, and for the fourth year running, we will be raising funds for the NASHVILLE DOLPHINS via swim-a-thon with children getting flat or per lap donations. Thursday, 6/20, is our rain date.

Saturday Morning Strokes & Donuts

• 9:00 am - Swimmers work on a different stroke (Freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and/or breaststroke) and skill (diving, flipturns, finishes, or whatever coaches find needs work) and end the session with team relays and donuts. You don't want to miss!!!

Thursday Ribbons and Popsicles

• Thursdays after a meet, swimmers will celebrate a job well done with popsicles and receive their ribbons.

End of Season Banquet

• Monday 7/7 - Annual end of the season awards celebration

Once you have registered your swimmers, please don’t forget to:

• Declare your swimmer for meets (on our website)
• Sign up to Volunteer for meets and events (on our website - coming soon!)
• Register your swimmer(s) in Swimmingly (the software that runs our meets)
